 Punjab Government Set to Announce Special Support Package for Wheat Farmers

The Punjab government has shared that it will reveal a special package for wheat farmers tomorrow.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has promised that the government will make sure flour prices stay stable and farmers don’t face any financial losses.

During a special meeting she led, Maryam Nawaz confirmed her strong commitment to stand by the farming community. She reminded everyone of the promise she made during the wheat harvesting season — to protect farmers’ interests and support them.

She added that this new Kisan Package will be different from anything before — specially designed to truly benefit wheat farmers. “Insha’Allah (God willing), our farmers will be fully rewarded for their hard work,” she said.

Maryam Nawaz stressed that the government’s goal is to keep flour prices affordable for everyone while making sure farmers get the fair earnings they deserve. “Our farmer brothers worked day and night and answered my call by growing a record-breaking wheat crop,” she said.

She also pointed out that because of the farmers’ hard work, Punjab successfully achieved its wheat cultivation targets this season. Maryam Nawaz assured that the government will stand by both the farmers and the common people, making sure no one is left behind.
